Be the first smile guests see on board. As a Guest Services Officer, you’re the face of the ship. You’ll greet guests, solve their problems and create unforgettable “WOW” moments every day.
What you’ll do:
➡️ Welcome guests warmly at the Guest Services desk
➡️ Handle guest requests, queries and escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism
➡️ Take ownership of problems and resolve them fast
➡️ Handle cash, onboard accounts and currency exchange accurately
➡️ Work with department heads and shipboard teams to keep guests happy
What you bring:
✅ At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in hotels, hospitality or a related field
✅ At least 1 year of cash handling experience, and an understanding of US currency and exchange rates
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ A friendly, passionate, people-first personality with a great sense of humour
✅ Basic computer and office equipment skills
✅ High school education or equivalent
✅ Willingness to live and work on board for contract periods
✅ Ability to obtain the required visas and meet seafarer medical requirements
⭐ Additional languages are a big plus
