Job Summary
Manage document control activities for engineering and project documentation, ensuring accurate
document processing, revision control, and timely distribution throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain document control systems and document registers.
- Review, issue, receive, and archive project documentation.
- Monitor document revisions and ensure proper version control.
- Coordinate document submissions with internal departments, clients, vendors, and classification societies.
- Prepare document status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company document control procedures.
- Mentor junior document controllers when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of document control experience in shipbuilding, offshore, EPC, or engineering projects.
- Familiar with document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
