Project Engineer

Job Summary
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of shipbuilding projects to ensure work progresses
according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Act as the liaison between internal departments,
suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, production, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Assist in resolving engineering and production issues.
- Support material tracking, procurement follow-up, and subcontractor coordination.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain action lists.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of project coordination or engineering experience in shipbuilding, marine, offshore, or heavy engineering.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
