Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair automation machinery on board vessels to ensure operational reliability
• Perform diagnostic checks on automated systems to identify faults and optimize performance
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of navigational equipment to support vessel operations
• Conduct system software checks and update ship management systems to maintain functionality
• Troubleshoot software issues on ship management systems to restore system integrity
• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and company QHSE policies to uphold safety and quality standards
• Interpret electronic, PLC ladder, and system functional diagrams to support maintenance and troubleshooting activities
